Du Causse Noir

My relationship with this producer

I've bought oils from Du Causse Noir and I stay in touch with them.

What they do

Located in Lanuejols in the Gard département, on the Causse Noir plateau (UNESCO and Natura 2000 listed), the family farm raises dairy sheep and has cultivated and harvested aromatic plants since 2015. Distillation is handled by Éric Darley, a sheep farmer turned distiller on the neighboring Larzac plateau, an aromatherapist for more than thirty years.
